By downloading, installing, or interacting with the **WhereCash** mobile application wrapper or landing site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers. Please review these operational rules carefully.

This app does not connect to live banking networks or process financial transactions.

We do not offer loans, brokerage services, or institutional financial advice.
Local Backups Only
Your data resides exclusively in local cache. If deleted, it cannot be restored by us.
1. Nature of the Utility
WhereCash is offered strictly as a local budget tracking and loan interest calculation utility for personal educational and informational purposes. The application does not facilitate or execute:
- Electronic funds transfers, bank wire movements, or payment processing.
- Direct connections to live institutional bank accounts (all entries are self-reported by the user).
- Automated billing, credit scoring, or investment execution.
2. No Fiduciary or Financial Advice
Any estimates, projections, EMI reminders, or amortization tables rendered by WhereCash are mathematical approximations generated strictly from user inputs.
None of the information presented within the app or landing site should be interpreted as professional accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are encouraged to consult a certified financial advisor before making complex capital decisions.
3. Local-First Client Responsibility
Because WhereCash stores all application cache natively within your device’s sandbox (using IndexedDB, localStorage, or equivalent local browser storage parameters), you maintain exclusive ownership and responsibility for your data integrity.
You acknowledge that:
- Deleting the application, cleaning your browser history, or formatting your device will result in the permanent loss of all logs.
- WhereCash developers cannot retrieve or restore your information because we maintain zero server records.
- You must manually run and save CSV backup files using the spreadsheet export tool to prevent data loss.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage License
WhereCash and its original styling, typography, designs, SVG layouts, code frameworks, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of WhereCash Utility Corp. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software on compatible personal device arrays for personal use only.
5. Limitation of Liability
WhereCash and all associated calculation tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall WhereCash Utility Corp or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Loss of personal transactional data due to device failures, storage corruption, or settings reset.
- Decisions made based on the app's calculation systems or loan amortization reminders.
- Errors, bugs, omissions, or service interruptions within the client code structure.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WhereCash Utility Corp operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
